Policy Details

You can return your item 14 days from the date you received it.

Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, disposable vapes (give credit)

For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: Smoke house LLC will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective, Customer did not order item.

Restocking Fees

Smoke house LLC does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details

To return your purchase from Smoke house LLC, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Smoke house LLC will process your return. Please allow at least 4-7 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Smoke house LLC will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
